Represented Client in $38M Refinancing and Corporate Reorganization

Parker McCay business attorneys represented a client in the cold storage warehouse and third-party logistics industry in connection with the refinancing of their $38 million debt facility. Our attorneys advised the client through a corporate reorganization including restructuring the business, drafting and negotiating all documents effectuating the reorganization, and negotiating the debt restructure. Our team also acted as local counsel for this client in connection with a capital infusion of up to $400 million from a private equity firm.
