Represented Client in $100M Redevelopment of the Showboat in Atlantic City

Parker McCay’s redevelopment attorneys represented the owner and developer of the Showboat in Atlantic City for the project financing and entitlements needed to develop a large family-oriented entertainment venue. Our attorneys helped the client secure a grant from the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority to finance the project.  The firm also assisted the client in obtaining the development approvals needed to turn a parking lot into a 100,000 square foot year-round, state-of-the-art, indoor water park that will attract more families to area and continue to grow Atlantic City as a vacation destination.
