Overview

Associate Melissa "Missy" Kolaski has always been passionate about helping local businesses grow and flourish. Coming from a family with a rich history in public service and strong union ties, Labor and Employment law is a natural fit.  Missy is also drawn to School Law, as her mother works as a special education teacher, and she will draw on that experience to help our School Law team reach the best outcomes to benefit the education system.

The South Jersey native earned her B.A. from Rowan University, where she was founding member and vice president of Phi Delta Alpha, a pre law society. After earning her Juris Doctorate at Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law, where she graduated cum laude and was awarded Pro Bono Honors for her over 100 hours pro bono work, Missy served her clerkship with the Honorable John C. Eastlack, Jr., J.S.C. in Vicinage 15, handling both the criminal docket and juvenile family docket in Southern New Jersey.

In her free time, Missy enjoys running, reading, and spending time at the Jersey Shore. She is an avid Philadelphia sports fan.
