Passionate about advocacy, Medical and Professional Malpractice Defense is a natural fit for Associate Kevin Maginnis. Kevin strives for fairness, and fights to ensure each client is represented and heard. His natural curiosity and analytic mind make him a valuable asset to all clients.

Prior to joining Parker McCay, Kevin served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Deborah Silverman Katz, A.J.S.C. of the Camden County Superior Court. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Drexel University’s Thomas R. Kline School of Law.

In his free time, Kevin enjoys travel, movies and television, and spending time with family and friends. Additionally, he is passionate about LGBTQ issues, a passion that carries into his career as well. The Ambler, PA native currently resides in Philadelphia.
