Overview
Municipal and Government Law is a natural fit for Alicia. Inspired by the intellectual challenge of complex governmental matters, as well as having an immediate impact on communities at the local level, Alicia is passionate about the law’s role in effecting change. She truly views her role in helping others to navigate the complexities of the legal system as an honor and privilege.
Prior to joining Parker McCay, Alicia served as Law Clerk to the Hon. Douglas H. Hurd, P.J.Cv, of the New Jersey Superior Court, Civil Division. She earned her Juris Doctorate from the Widener University Delaware Law School, and her Bachelor’s Degree in English Writing and Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh. During her time in law school, she worked in the chambers of the Hon. Stella M. Tsai of the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas and the Hon. Stephanie H. Klein of the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas. Interested in deepening her expertise in oral advocacy, Alicia was also a member of Delaware Law’s Moe Levine Trial Team.
In her free time, Alicia enjoys rooting for the Eagles, staying active with a long run, and is always eager to meet a new dog. She currently resides in Philadelphia.
