Overview
Stephen Mushinski concentrates his practice in the area of public sector law, with a focus on New Jersey school law and public sector labor relations law. For over 43 years, he has represented dozens of school districts in southern New Jersey and has served as bond counsel for numerous municipal clients throughout the state. Steve also represents clients in financial and corporate matters, real estate law and land use. He has been counsel to the Mount Holly Municipal Utilities Authority from 1978 to 2015, and served as Burlington County Solicitor from 1992 through 1995. He was formerly a Director of Liberty Bell Bank in Evesham, New Jersey.
Steve resides in Cape May, New Jersey and Bonita Springs, Florida with his wife Liz. He is an avid sports fan and golfer.
