Overview

Matt Oorbeek focuses his practice in litigation.

At his last law firm, he was a member of the Complex Commercial Litigation practice developing case strategy, conducting discovery, and arguing numerous discovery motions.  At a boutique firm just prior to that, Matt handled a large caseload of individual and class action cases in both federal and state courts. He brings broad legal experience with research and drafting, pre-trial discovery, oral arguments, trials, and negotiating settlements to the firm.

He will practice out of the firm’s Hamilton, New Jersey office. He received his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2013 and his Bachelor of Science in economics and political science from Rutgers University in 2010.
